Best experience at Threefold?

Onboarding teams as we start new partnerships - from Co-op a few years back and more recently on Boots.  I love seeing the coming together of knowledge and experiences and the sparks of great things to come.  

Favourite part of my job?

As we grow it becomes more difficult to have that one to one time with people but I am fortunate enough to run our insights training - I love this part of my role as it enables me to get a good understanding of what different things make people tick and the dynamics across all our teams.

What are you known for?

Being the first SMG employee (after our founders).
